All products are covered by their manufactures written warranty respectfully.

All products we sell have a 15 day money back guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the product we will 
authorize a return if the product is still in the original packaging unused & unopened with no physical damage.

YOU MUST CALL (260) 724-7113 FIRST TO GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) 
After obtaining RAN number please write it on the outside of the package you are shipping product back in. 

Absolutely no product will be accepted without this number, it will be returned to you. After we receive the product 
back it will be inspected and credit will be issued to your credit card, minus shipping charges, or a replacement item will be sent if requested.

We will not accept C.O.D. shipments on returns.

If the product is damaged, used, or not able to be resold it will be returned to you and no credit will be issued.

Orders placed, processed, and then cancelled will be issued a credit with our company towards 
purchase of other products minus a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the total sale.

Shipping and Handling Information

Standard shipping is by UPS ground service. Rates are based on order total.

Occasionally, small items will be shipped via USPS by priority mail service.

In stock items shipped within 48 hrs, most orders will arrive within 3-7 days.

Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.

Rates apply to shipment within the continental USA.

Shipments leaving different locations will each be charged accordingly.

Any damages incurred during shipping are your responsibility and you must make a claim with the carrier.

We do not offer any International shipping.

Normally, orders will ship within 48 hours after they are received. Products that may be out of stock
